About
The Granary Brasserie is set within the walls of the Weston Park country estate, 1,000 acres of rolling Capability Brown Parkland, woodland and gardens. The estate has a long history of serving up great food and hospitality and, here in the Granary our aim is to bring this legacy into the 21st century. Our Inspiration for the Granary is simply Estate to Plate
Head Chef Anna Moore leads a team of passionate and talented Chefs who make all our dishes daily using the finest local and seasonal produce, sourcing fruit and vegetables from the Walled Garden and Orchards and sourcing ingredients from trusted artisan suppliers.
Menus reflect the changing seasons from local asparagus and spring lamb to estate reared venison and warm apple crumble.
There are crowd pleasers aplenty including golden battered fish and chips, the Weston Burger and a traditional Sunday roast with vegetables straight from the Walled Garden.
