Celebrate the festive season at Exotic Zoo with a choice of magical Christmas experiences for the whole family.

Santa’s Grotto is a daytime Santa experience with zoo entry included. It takes place on selected dates throughout December, including Christmas Eve. Visitors can meet Santa in his festive grotto, receive a special gift and enjoy a day out at the zoo, with admission included in the ticket price. The Candy Cane Café will also be open serving festive treats.

For the full evening Christmas experience, including both the illuminated village and a Santa visit, the Evening Christmas Village & Santa’s Grotto takes place on 12 and 19 December from 4pm to 7pm. Visitors can explore the illuminated Christmas Village, browse festive market stalls, enjoy carnival games, seasonal food and drink, and experience the zoo after dark. Tickets also include a visit to Santa’s Grotto and a gift from Santa.

Alternatively, the Evening Christmas Village offers the same festive atmosphere on 12 and 19 December from 4pm to 7pm, with illuminated displays, Christmas entertainment, market stalls, food, drink and family-friendly activities, but without the Santa visit or gift.
