Telford’s much loved Spring Into St George’s Day event returns to Telford Town Park in 2026, offering a full day of free family fun, bringing together entertainment, creativity, and community spirit in one of Telford’s most popular green spaces.
Visitors can once again enjoy the thrilling arena displays from The Knights of Nottingham, who’s high‑energy jousting performances remain a firm favourite with crowds.

Throughout the park, families will find a wide range of attractions and hands‑on activities. Birds of prey flying demonstrations bring excitement and spectacle, while archery and axe throwing offer visitors the chance to test their aim. Skilled craftspeople will also be on hand with wood carving demonstrations, giving guests the opportunity to watch traditional techniques in action.

Creative activities are available for children across the site, with sessions delivered by The Boardroom Cafe and Creation Station. Younger visitors can also meet friendly donkeys’ courtesy of Emma’s Donkeys.

The event’s ‘Made in Telford’ marquee will showcase local talent, celebrating the creativity and skills found within the Borough.
