This October half term, Blists Hill Victorian Town will be embracing its spooky side with a week of family-friendly Halloween activities. As one of the first eras to mark Halloween, the Victorians provide the perfect backdrop for seasonal fun.

Visitors can take part in two themed trick-or-treat trails, with prizes for all participants. Older children will enjoy the gothic literature trail, while younger ones can follow the pumpkin trail. Children will also have the chance to dip a rainbow witch or warlock wand with the Town’s candle experts, try their hand at Sweep-the-rat, or get creative in the spooky Victorian printshop.

Each day will feature a spooktacular story show, bringing to life some of Blists Hill’s most infamous characters. These interactive performances offer plenty of opportunities for audience participation and are suitable for all ages.

With a mix of history, hands-on activities and Halloween fun, this event promises a memorable day out for families looking to celebrate the season in a unique and engaging way.
