This exciting new event brings together over 50 exceptional specialist traders, offering visitors a rich journey through artisan chocolate creations, bold spice-infused flavours, and expertly crafted spirits. From immersive cocktail experiences to live chilli cooking demonstrations, the festival promises a vibrant mix of indulgence, discovery, and entertainment.

Designed as a series of “pocket experiences” guests will be encouraged to

explore, taste, learn, and shop at their own pace. Every ticket holder will receive 10

sampling tokens, redeemable across all traders. This carefully curated token

system ensures a high-quality tasting experience while positioning the festival
