A giant Christmas adventure is coming to Telford — Don't miss this year's panto!

Fee-fi-fo-fum, the panto season is nearly here and this year it's bigger than ever. Jack and the Beanstalk climbs into Telford International Centre from 17 December 2026 to 2 January 2027, and it's shaping up to be one of the most spectacular pantomimes Telford has ever seen.

Whether panto is your family's annual Christmas tradition or you're planning your first visit to Telford this festive season, here's why you'll want this one on your list.

A whole new dimension of panto magic

This year's show introduces a jaw-dropping 3D Giant experience, bringing Jack's adventure to life in a way audiences have never seen before in Shropshire. Combined with beautiful sets, toe-tapping songs, dazzling costumes and larger-than-life characters, it promises all the festive spectacle you'd expect from Telford's biggest Christmas show and then some.

And of course, the laughs are back too. Telford panto favourites Ian Smith and Carl Dutfield return as Dame and Comic, bringing their much-loved brand of comedy and audience interaction after hugely popular previous appearances on the Telford stage.

Jack and the Beanstalk is presented by Telford Theatre in partnership with Shone Productions, bringing one of Britain's best-loved fairytales to life on an epic scale  perfect for a festive day (or night) out in Telford.

A panto for everyone

Telford Theatre is committed to making the magic accessible to all, with a range of specialist performances throughout the run, including:

- A deaf-friendly performance, tailored to support deaf audience members

- An adults-only performance, with a more grown-up twist on the panto favourite

- A relaxed performance, adapted for children and adults with autism, sensory or communication needs, or learning difficulties and equally welcoming for those living with dementia, or anyone who simply prefers a calmer environment with fewer bangs and flashes
