As evening falls, guests are welcomed by carolers in the Marble Halls with a glass of fizz and canapés before taking their seat in the Dining Room. Head Chef Dan Winter and his talented brigade will serve a delicious five-course menu, crafted using the finest seasonal ingredients, much of which is harvested from Weston’s Walled Garden.

After dinner, guests may return to the Library for a nightcap by the fire before retiring for a restful night’s sleep. In the morning, a home-cooked English breakfast awaits, with time to explore the estate at leisure before heading home.
