This friendly wheel‑throwing taster session invites participants to experience the magic of clay on the potter’s wheel. Ideal for complete beginners, the hands‑on workshop introduces the basics of centring, shaping and forming a simple vessel.

Participants are guided step by step in a relaxed studio setting, with techniques and tips shared throughout the session. The workshop offers a supportive, informal introduction to throwing, allowing everyone to discover the satisfying rhythm of the wheel – and enjoy getting a little messy along the way.

At the end of the session, participants can choose their favourite piece to be glazed and fired. Finished work will be ready to collect approximately three to four weeks later.
