Celebrate the festive season at Exotic Zoo with a choice of magical Christmas experiences for the whole family.

Santa's Grotto

Step into a world of festive magic this December and meet Santa in his magical grotto. Visitors will receive a special gift from Santa and can enjoy a festive family day out with zoo entry included in every ticket.

There is also the option to purchase a photo in a festive Christmas photo wallet to remember the visit. The Candy Cane Café will be open throughout the event, serving festive treats and goodies.

Zoo entry is included from 11am to 4pm, with Christmas Eve entry available from 11am to 2pm. Booked timeslots are the time visitors will meet Santa, and guests are advised to arrive at least 20 minutes before their allocated timeslot.

Christmas Village & Santa's Grotto

Taking place on 12 and 19 December from 4pm to 7pm, this special evening experience transforms the zoo into a magical festive setting.

Visitors can explore the illuminated Christmas Village, browse market stalls, enjoy festive food, visit the Candy Cane Café and take part in carnival games. Tickets also include a visit to Santa's Grotto, a special gift from Santa and zoo entry.

Illuminated Zoo and Festive Bar

Experience Exotic Zoo after dark as the zoo and Christmas Village are illuminated with twinkling festive lights.

Visitors can also enjoy seasonal drinks from the festive bar, including mulled wine, mulled cider and Baileys hot chocolate, while making magical Christmas memories with family and friends.
