About
Exotic Zoo celebrates Halloween throughout October with a month-long programme of spooky fun for all the family.
From Saturday 4 to Friday 31 October, the zoo transforms with a Halloween makeover. Visitors can explore the haunted woods, pick their own pumpkin (sold separately), and enjoy regular zoo attractions including the rainforest zone, desert zone, nocturnal area, and farmyard. All Halloween activities are included in the ticket price, and daytime events cannot be pre-booked.
The half-term mayhem begins on Saturday 18 October, featuring daily Halloween fun with pumpkin picking, a Creepy Crawly Cave, tarantula meet and greets, bush-tucker trials, and spooky photo opportunities.
New for 2025, the Nighttime Spooktacular offers an evening experience on 25, 26, 30 and 31 October, from 5pm to 8pm. Families can trick or treat through the haunted woods, meet witches, vampires and zombies, and take part in spooky crafts at the Creepy Café. Activities include holding giant bugs, edible bug trials, pumpkin carving, and exploring the Nocturnal House as twilight animals awaken. Advance booking is required for this evening event.
Whether visiting by day or night, Exotic Boo at the Zoo promises a frightfully fun adventure this Halloween.
