Get ready to light up the night with the Glow Ride and Lantern Parade, a dazzling festive celebration hosted by Telford Bike Hub.

Starting at the Bike Hub, the Glow Ride leads the way through Southwater and into the scenic surroundings of Telford Town Park, creating a magical procession of illuminated bikes and glowing lanterns. This gentle ride offers a unique way to experience the town’s festive sparkle, perfect for families and cycling enthusiasts alike.

Following the cyclists, the Lantern Parade adds a warm glow to the evening, with beautifully lit lanterns winding through the park’s pathways. Whether you're riding or walking, everyone is invited to take part just bring your bike lights, lanterns, or festive decorations to help brighten the route.

This event promises a joyful atmosphere and a memorable way to celebrate the season. It’s a chance to enjoy the outdoors, soak up the festive sights, and kick off the holidays in style.

The Glow Ride is a free event and open to all the family. Please book a ticket for each person attending to help give the Bike Hub an idea of how many people to expect.

If you need to hire a bike, the Hub are offering bike hire and adaptive bike hire at their usual one hour hire prices of £10 for adults and £5 for children.
