The Telford Town Park Dark Run invites participants to run, jog or walk their way around one of the area's most colourful and exciting 5K events.

Whether taking part with friends and family or going solo, everyone is encouraged to get glowing with bright outfits, glow accessories or even a Halloween costume and help light up the park, all while supporting seriously ill local children.

Participants will receive a glow stick, an extra-special goody bag and a glow-in-the-dark medal on completion of the event.

The event is suitable for all abilities, and younger participants or those with tired legs are welcome to complete one lap instead of two and still enjoy receiving their medal.
