Families can enjoy plenty of free Halloween fun in Wellington this half term with the return of Love Wellington’s annual Halloween Trail and Pumpkin Hunt, running from Saturday 24 to Saturday 31 October.

Pumpkin characters will be hiding in business windows across the town, waiting to be discovered. Participants can pick up a free trail map from Wellington Orbit, find the pumpkins and record their names along the way.

Once completed, maps can be returned to Wellington Orbit to receive a free sweet treat, kindly provided by Sweets Galore in Wellington Market.

Visitors can also discover even more pumpkins on market days, while older children can take on an additional challenge by finding hidden clues and unscrambling a mystery word.

The trail is supported by a wide range of Wellington businesses, including Wellington Orbit, Wellington Community Library and Residents Hub, Boardroom Gaming Cafe, Get Crafty Wellington, Anthony’s of Wellington Farm Shop & Coffee, TF1 Entertainment at Depot and many more town centre organisations.

The event is kindly supported by Wellington Town Council and offers a fun, family-friendly way to explore the town centre during the school holidays.
